I have been to this office 3-5 times with no issues. Now with the virus and living a little further away I wanted to call in a topical prescription that my sister had that has been working wonders for my skin. (Topical) I called in and they will not call in the prescription even thought I am an established patient as they want to charge me for a visit. If this was a pill or some sort of oral medicine I would understand but I think this is absurd given the current situation in the world and the fact this is a topical cream. I have only been going back due to being an established patient as it is not near my work nor home any longer. With that being said, customer service is not up to par and will be taking my business else where. Thank you.

Terrible patient service and communication. I have tricare and I am an active duty person. After being dragged along for weeks trying to get scheduled, I was told that they decided not to see me or accept me as a patient (even though they do take tricare) because it was not profitable for them due to my insurance.

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. First, the front office staff is great and they helped me to know what my insurance would cover. I was seen by Chelsie Rogers PA-C for a skin/mole check. She gave me excellent advice on my skin and samples to try! She was very patient and listened to all my concerns. I’d definitely recommend this office and I will be back for future appointments.
