This place would be wonderful if the customer service wasn’t so HORRIBLE. This is definitely an environment where you can tell the staff doesn’t feel the need to be more respectful to their guests because the behavior has been accepted and tolerated for so long. They also do not honor reservations. Period. And even if you make one, be prepared to possibly wait another 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. We were also rushed to get up and leave because other people were waiting when it was nowhere near time for our reservation to be over. (We were watching the time.) You should not make customers pay for your bad management and lack of organization. Also, make sure you ask for a receipt to look at your charges. The waitresses may overcharge you and take advantage of you if they think you aren’t paying attention. Yes the food and atmosphere is great once you look past all that, but I’m not willing to continue to support an establishment that treats its customers so poorly. Do better BQE.

We went on a Sunday Night! Great vibe, nice hookah, good DJ. Glad something is open for when you want a little end of weekend fun! I believe they stayed open to 12AM. Our server SHATORRA J. was bomb! Very friendly, cared about our experience, and honest about our food and drink choices. Lost 1 star due to not enough social distancing between tables (the 2 person tables). We requested a table in the corner and we were able to change no problem! Other than that, recommend!

We came here and reserved for brunch after hearing great things. It did not disappoint. Started with the lobster tacos wow. And then the chicken and red velvet waffles ... hubby had the fried catfish and gritz AMAZING. Great music and ambience. Would definitely come back

Great Great food. It looked amazing. I forgot to take a pic. The waitress was awesome. Didn't like the music & it was very very loud. I don't like conversations where we're telling to talk.

Went here. Tania and Amber, and the security in the front were amazing! We had such a great time! The food was okay, but the vibe and drinks were great! We had such a great time! Will definitely return!
