I absolutely love my apartment. The neighbors are great. It’s a unusually quiet for sitting on busy streets. I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors. Maintenance is excellent. Lopez is very accessible and quick to fix anything you request. Management is kind and friendly. The only issue is that the gates and elevators oftenout of order but are quickly repaired.

We just moved in one month ago and we are very happy with our decision to move to Tremont. At first I was a little unsure about sharing a garage with some of the retail businesses but very soon realized they wash the garages out every morning which I love because I have a serious issue with dirty garages, lol. Blake in the leasing office, is very professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. Quiet community for the most part.

My roommate and I moved in almost a year ago and we love it!!! We definitely will be renewing our lease when the time comes for renewal. It’s a great location, walkable to multiple restaurants, and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of such a busy intersection! All my neighbors are so nice and seem to love it here too. Never have an issue with parking and the grounds are kept clean. The staff is always responsive and we’ve only had to put in 1 maintenance request which was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this community!

I have been at Tremont for two years now. I just renewed my lease. Ashlee is an amazing and attentive manager of the community. And Lopez is head of maintenance and certainly available for all your requests. Our move in was easy. The building is a hidden gem in the center of buckhead. The community is small, quiet. welcoming, and has everything you are looking for in a unit or townhome. Pet friendly and family oriented. I enjoy being apart of the Tremont community.
