My customer service rep, Emmanuel, was amazing and such a great help during the repair process. He kept me up to date on every aspect and I greatly appreciate it. I couldn't ask for a better dealership to have fix my vehicle. When I went into the shop, every customer service rep was very friendly and they were all so helpful. Nobody wants to deal with car repairs especially the financial part, but they were very reasonable and made it affordable for me. I'm a stay at home mom and have a tight budget and didn't prepare for my vehicle to break down, but they helped me out so much and I so appreciate it. I highly recommend them and ask for Emmanuel. He will take good care of you.

I felt confident I would be treated well based on the previous reviews. I was pleased to see my experience was in line with the reviews about this particular dealership. I expected by repair to be a two day process because that was my experience at another dealership. Emmanuel facilitated my repair and he was patient and professional with me even though I was indecisive and called back a few times changing my mind about what services I would have done. The repair was done in a few hours and my car is running much better. The whole team was professional and friendly. One employee even anticipated I was going to need help when I took the car seat out of my car to bring it in to wait for my ride. I was trying to figure out how I was going to open the door and hold a car seat. I turned around with the car seat and he had the door already open. Little things like that really matter to me. This little gesture made me believe this dealership is queen on hiring good people who do there job well but also just good people. The staff seemed to get along well with each other which made the environment feel welcoming. Thanks to the whole team.

The sales Rep Angel and Finance Manager was a great help I recently file bankruptcy and ended up with a 2014 Camero which at the time I was digging it but over the six month I saw it was not for me so I have been trying to get out of it. Every dealership I went to would not take it until I received a letter from the Atlanta West Dodge and the finance manager just told me to come and see him which I did I gets down there and met Angel and I started doing the paperwork and was told no bank would accept me and that he apologized as I was walking out the door he said wait the bank called back and approve me and now I’m driving a 2021 Jeep Cherokee thanks to first god and Angel and the finance manager this will be my new home location.

The representative called me yesterday to schedule a test drive for today from am inquiry off of car gurus. I drove 70 miles and called to confirm before I left that the vehicle was available. It was confirmed by this location. After the hour drive, I was told that the vehicle was in service and not available. I spoke to the general manager on duty and he stated that we could see the car but couldn't start it let alone drive it. There was no apology for my inconvenience whatsoever. I was pre-qualified and prepared to purchase if the drive went well. The poor behavior and lack of courtesy, respect and service makes me understand why more people purchase vehicle's online
