I left disappointed when I visited Atlanta West Kia. After I looked at 3 Tellurides no one came outside to speak to me after I spent about 15 min looking at the 3 they had parked out front. It was around 4 pm on a Thursday so you would think the sales reps were working. I figured these guys must sell quite a few cars to let money walk out the door. The next day I took my wife to ALM Kia and had a much better experience. Needless to say we drove off in a New Telluride!

I was very skeptical if they could help me as I don’t have stellar credit. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. I was shown the car I wanted and took a test drive. It drove beautifully. I was in love!! The paperwork was so easy and painless. I got a great deal on the car I wanted. Now I can feel safe driving with my two sons. Alex Williams was a great salesman. I had a wonderful car buying experience. Eddie was super helpful and made sure my mom and I were taken care of the entire time. He put me in touch with Kelvin, who helped make sure I got the best deal in insurance. If you go to Kia ask for Eddie, he’ll make sure your experience is a great one! I’ll definitely be going to him for all my Kia needs.
I dropped my truck off in the morning g to get serviced and the communication was great. However upon arrival and getting my truck, it smelled of smoke. I was highly off put by this and the only difference from any other time was I actually got my car washed. Normally I get my truck serviced and go about my day. I’m not sure if the workers or washers smoked in my car or smoked right before getting in my truck. I am highly sensitive to smoke and I had to air my truck out before pulling off. Please ensure your staff is cognizant of conducting personal habits in others valuables.
Greetings and thank you for your time This letter comes a bit late because I had to calm down, and then I had an emergency out of town. Anyway, I visited your Thornton road location Tuesday, February 3, 2021 and my appointment was preset for 8:30am. On arrival the staff was a delight and I felt totally welcomed. I live in South Fulton and there is a Kia in Union City that I could have visited but I've been to that location in past and the service was horrible. Once I got my vehicle back I noticed something missing from my vehicle, a lighter, a lime green lighter to be specific, on the door handle. I have certain things strategically placed throughout my life for convenience. Now as I explained to my face-to-face rep it's not about the 'lighter' it's about someone stealing from me. I don't appreciated the violation at all. And to add to my frustration I don't feel as if my vehicle was aligned (because it still pulls) and my tires balanced as I paid for (because the ride it rough). Nothing on the post repair sheet indicated any other repairs pertaining to my wheels so I'm confused as to why my ride is rougher than it was before. Also, I'm not sure why I didn't get a printout of my alignment repair as I had in the past. My vehicle is older and I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money to not get the service in order to keep my vehicle going for as long as I'd like. If I wanted terrible service and thievery I could have gone somewhere else, I didn't need to drive across town for that. I know we'll never get the tech to admit that he took my possessions however I would like a refresh on my alignment and wheels checked as I don't feel like my service appointment was respected as per a selfish tech that was taking time to steal my items instead of working on (not in) my vehicle.
