Piss-poor \̶C̶u̶s̶t̶o̶m̶e̶r̶ ̶S̶e̶r̶v̶i̶c̶e̶\̶ Pre-Sales. I'm thinking of buying a bubble diffuser from them, but after using their \Contact Us\ web form, I received an email from Kas** (I won't use his/her full name). Kas** sent me a direct email inviting me to correspond directly with him/her. I sent one email midday & never heard back from them. Then I tried their online chat feature. Chatted with S** L. Great chat to! The putz typed in his greeting & then abandoned the chat. Great company.

Highly recommend this company. Called there customer service line and had a bunch of questions. There sales engineers took their time and answered all of my questions and even offered new alternatives I hadn't even considered. They really go far and beyond what other companies would do. When I received the merchandise I was surprised to see the high level of craftsmanship and quality! Definitely recommend Atlantic Blowers!
