We had some concrete work done at our apartment community and they poured cement while it was raining even though they covered it with plastic there was a lot of damage to our sidewalks and they had told us prior the day before they were not going to come and do the work but cement trucks showed up at our front gate and instead of turning them away the sales person said go ahead and let them do work & if it turns outs bad they would redo it? Hopefully they will follow through on their promises, stay tuned?

Atlantic Southern just completed a parking lot repair job for us at the Summerwind Condominium in Cocoa Beach. From the initial outset, the service and professionalism delivered by them was exemplary. Their proposal was far more comprehensive than any other competitor, their pricing was in-line with three other top competitors, every phone call and email was answered quickly and with complete information, after job approval by our Board, their scheduling was immediate, crews arrived exactly on time as scheduled, work was completed in a single work day, and the workmanship of the repairs was without fault.
