We were just advised that our sales rep had been terminated. After several attempts to get in contact with the rep with no response due to concerns with ordering the door handles, etc. we had to visit the store in person to receive a response, only to be told that there were other fees involved that were never disclosed in our contract which resulted in an additional cost over 1K. However, when I went in person to pick out the handles, I was told a completely different cost and at no time was it ever mentioned that we needed to hire our own locksmith. I am completely disappointed with the lack of communication we received from this company. We should have been notified regarding the termination of our sales rep and someone should have reviewed his work for accuracy. This is completely inexcusable.
