I saw Dr.Castillo while I was in Wellington Regional Medical Center. He was without question the most unprofessional, rudest Dr. I have ever encountered. Apparently he felt that his abilities didn’t match up with my condition and he dealt with that by entering my room in a fury and treating me inhumanly. He is a monster, beware of him.

DR Alvaro Castillo was my surgeon , he removed a malignant tumor from my abdomen. From the first day I met him to discuss the surgery he projected such care and knowledge, I was extremely nervous and totally afraid but he explained the procedure in such a calm way to put me at ease and to let me know with his look that he WILL do a great job. As he touched my hand and told me \ don't worry I'll take good care of you \ I knew he was the right choice. The day of the surgery he came in to see me as they were prepping me and once again he gave me confidence. The surgery took about one hour and it was a complete success . He did a magnificent job. The next day following the operation I had very little pain. He made a point of visiting me every day regardless of his workload or time of day. This Doctor truly cares for his patients above and beyond and as a surgeon has the hands of God . Truly a great compassionate and incredibly talented human being. He also took the time to comfort my wife through the whole ordeal. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo as a fine surgeon.
