I took my 80yr old Mother to get her eyes checked with Dr. Mandese & wow what a great team! Everyone was super nice & beautiful looking office too. Thorough eye exam, my mother & I were very impressed. Thank you all for the great atmosphere.

Everyone there is amazing! Every step was explained thoroughly to my 2 boys and everyone was so willing to help and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Originally referred by Urgent Care. Even though, they were clearly very busy I still received immediate and attentive care. The staff is friendly and courteous. I was relieved to experience the cautious safety measures they were taking to ensure minimal viral transmission including temperature checks, immediate request to sanitize upon entrance, social distancing and consistent mask wearing. Dr Mandese was kind and thorough; anticipating and answering all of my questions. I really liked that she educated me about the problem I was experiencing instead of simply giving me a prescription with instructions. I felt like a partner rather than a patient in the business of my health. Their follow up was impressive, and put me at ease about the progress I was making with my particular issue.

I have been seeing Dr. Mandese for several years now and have always appreciated her thoroughness, how pleasant and professional she is, and have always had great encounters with her staff as well. But last week, one of her opticians, Tina went even above and beyond the service I had always experienced when I purchased glasses and had my eyes examined at Atlantis Vision Care. I had a pair of very expensive prescription sunglasses that were beyond their warranty when I broke off the nose piece. Tina tried to get a replacement part from the manufacturer, but they've stopped stocking parts (got bought out by another company). I was able to locate on EBay a similar frame, which I brought in, and Tina spent what turned out to be an enourmous amount of time pulling the nose assembly out of the frames I bought and substituting them into my Costa prescription frames. She saved me from spending a lot of money right now to replace those glasses. I can't thank her enough. So glad I purchases these glasses from Atlantis!
