This is not the Atlas from before Atlas sold to pro comfort and they are horrible! I didn’t know! They came for a routine service and my furnace has t worked properly since!! I was also told the other furnace needed to be replace but the service mam Tom quote was so varied in range I know I needed another opinion. 2 Other companies came and verified he was lying! Worst part the other furnace still not working properly, and no one can figure it out! No doubly the service man did something to mess it up!

This company abuses elders. My grandmother called them to have her furnace serviced and the guy convinced her in her old age that she needed a new one. He got her to write a check for THOUSANDS of dollars (I can't confirm the exact amount but it was close to 25,000) so they could come back the following week to install it. Over the weekend, my family realized how much they charged and knew something was wrong. They also found that he had shut off the hot water heater and cut the water to the downstairs bathroom. Luckily, they caught all this before the check went through and made it to the bank to cancel the check. DO NOT do business with these people. And please contact the Better Business Bureau if you've had a similar experience with the company.

Called Atlas Heating & Cooling this past month as I thought winter was over only to have to turn on my furnace which didn't want to cooperate! It was making loud noises, and not producing any heat. I reached out to Atlas and they were at my business within two hours and the problem fixed! These guys are affordable, dependable and professional. I would recommend to any business or residence.

If you have a home warranty claim that get assigned to Atlas, beware! I had 3 different phone calls with them. The first one they found the work order that was sent over, but was going to call me back to re-schedule the appointment. Never got a call back. When I called back the 2nd time, they stated that there was no work order so call my Home Warranty company. Called the home warranty company and they rescheduled using the same vendor. They were suppose to be out today between 8am and noon, no where to be found. I called them again and then was told that they are more interested in their current customers and that they aren't doing any home warranty work for the next 10 days. Either participate in the program or not, they lied to me, were extremely rude when I caught them and in the end unhelpful.
