In this hospital, in the emergency room there is a xenophobic doctor, he has glasses, I will not say his name. I went because my back hurt, The doctor started speaking in Japanese, I told him I did not know Japanese, he was more than 1 minute speaking Japanese, trying to make me nervous. Then he started speaking English perfectly. He started asking me questions, what are you doing here? Why do not you speak Japanese? When do you leave Japan? I felt very bad, in my country if they do this they can go to prison, I thought about calling the police. The worst experience I have had in my life in a hospital. I felt like a cockroach. Please foreigners do not go.

I saw Dr. Oh, a cardiologist, who ended up saving my life. I was seen in the ER four times at this hospital. I loved the Japanese hospital and they were so nice to me. I didn't speak the language and my interpreter was invaluable. I can't thank Dr. Oh and his staff for being so kind and correctly diagnosing me. HE wanted to do surgery and recommended it. I had to go back to one of the top hospitals in the US (Mayo clinic) and they confirmed everything Dr. Oh stated. I am very impressed with this hospital and the experience I had with Japanese medicine. I am a healthcare provider for the U.S. Army and would HIGHLY recommend Japanese medicine to anyone in the world.
毎年職場の健康診断でお世話になっている病院。 駐車場も複数個所あり、停められなかったという事がないので安心です。 クチコミでは、対応が悪いというご意見もございますが、個人的には特別嫌な思いをしたことはなく、スタッフの対応は極々普通といった感じです。 むしろ、中には雑談などしてリラックスさせてくださる優しいスタッフさんもおります。 混んでいる時は多少待つこともありますが、今年はコロナの影響もあってか、比較的人が少なく、健康診断もスムーズに行うことができました。 また、アルコール消毒、席の距離を開ける、マスク着用必須、（お見舞い等の）来客制限など、コロナ対策もしっかりされております。 毎年行っているので、ある程度各診察場所は把握しているつもりですが、丁寧にスタッフが案内してくれるのでとても助かります。 今後もお世話になると思いますが、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
受付担当の男性の方の態度がとても悪いです。 こちらの状態も気にせず淡々と上から目線で大変不愉快でした。 患者のことをどうとも思っていないように感じます。 交通事故で緊急でしたが、もう二度と行きたくないですね。顔を思い出すだけで腹が立ちます。 愛想の悪さは顔に出ますね本当に。 先生や看護の方はとても良くしてくれました。 こちらも受けたくない事故で来院しているのだから、説明してほしい。 患者お金ですか？
うちの父と叔父が、命を救われました。今もお世話になってます。 父は、たまに救急車で搬送されますが、いつも、外科のT先生が 病院に駆けつけてくれます。 使命感のある先生が大勢いらっしゃる病院だと思います。
麻酔科部長の先生は手術の前の説明の時はとても高圧的で怖いです。当日の麻酔の時も若手の先生や看護師さんに大きな声で怒っておりとても不安になります。
内視鏡検査をやりました大変うまかったです皆さん親切でした
