The staff is very helpful... Just the queue for taking the test is long.. I went for learner's license. The test was over within 10 mins. After completion of test you will immediately know whether you have passed or not.

Went for HP termination and the process was quick. I chose to do it myself without an agent. Had registered online and paid Rs 635 online. No hassles at RTO office, and didn't have to wait either. The work was done within 15 minutes as I went with all the required documents ready.

Whatever the time slot is, try to come early by 9:30/10Am. You ll be leaving early that way. Otherwise very long lines. Mine went smoothly as i went early.

So I came for the First time for Learning License test. I came through an agent. I was asked to sign some documents at the Xerox shop outside RTO main entrance. Then we were asked to go to counter no 5 for documents check and receipt collection. They have 500 rupees receipt for 24 vehicle Learning DL. Then after getting receipt we went to the last chamber. There were 2 rooms. In First room , The person sitting with some computer took my photo and ask for signature and asked to leave to other room. There wasn't a long line though. I reached to second room, there we were asked to give an online test of Driving related skills. After test we got the stamp on papers by RTO inspector. And finally we got the final receipt. Documents needed 1. 10th marksheet (birth proof) 2. Aadhar card xerox 3. Company certificate HR for address proof 4. Company ID 5. SALARY SLIP Since I have applied in different state (HYD) which is not my Homestate(Rajasthan) .

Pure mismanagement and no sense at all. Don't know the meaning of time slot and appointment booking in online. My slot was booked for 11.10AM. I had reached at 11.00AM. There was a big queue and had to wait for more than 1hour to reach the counter. If we have to stand in queue irrespective of booking, then what is meaning and purpose of slot booking?? What is the need of agents if you do proper digitization. TS government should learn from passport office process.

Office staff do the work very fast...But for the customers, there is no proper seating facilities and no drinking water for the public...The asbestos sheets put inside where the photo scanning being taken is very hot in this summer. No sufficient parking place for the vehicles...During summer and rainy season, the plight of the customers is un imaginable. But inspite of the drawbacks, office staff doing commendable work.
