Awesome bar with great local vibe. Friendly staff, great drink selection and nice large outdoor area for smokers! A little grungy which adds great character to the place.
Lovely place but that's about the only positive thing I can say. We had made a booking over a week in advance (with a confirmation reply) and when we got there they didn't have our booking. We had absolutely no tables service even though it was explained to us when we got there that that is how they were operating. When we were paying there was a dispute with the staff about our tab (which hadn't been documented by the staff) and we ended up paying for additional drinks. Such a beautiful little place but the lack of leadership is truly holding it back from its potential.
Our Stammtisch: rotating, interesting selection of craft beers on tap, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prepared on site. Cosy atmosphere and excellent, friendly service.
It’s that perfect parts Brunswick, Hipster, Lounge and Alcohol place that you kind of just want to live at. It’s a bit gaudy without being pretentious, Brunswick without being Coburg. If you know what I mean *wink* The drinks are good if not a little weak and the food is a touch over priced but the bar staff are friendly as hell and the environment is stellar so what does it matter how much it takes to get full while you get tipsy. Good vibe, good decor, and a freakin’ great name. Will return regularly.

I love this bar with its quirky vibe, great cocktails and good service. It was lovely being able to visit for a few drinks with friends after the lockdown and we had a great time.
