Staff needs more training. Very reluctant to answer queries, unsure about dealing with customers and no value for visitors time. They act like govt officials.

You may have to wait aand be patient as the systems used are govt owned. The staff is courteous and helpful. They too don't want to make customers wait but sometimes we all need to understand how slow computers and aadhar sites can be.
1. Aadhar enrolment staff doesn't have proper idea about what to do or proper documents required for correction. 2. Visited there for a name correction of 4 year old child and what Akshya officers said is name correction not possible until 5. 3. When contacted UIDIAI helpline there is no rules like what they said. Nothing mentioned about this in Aadhar website instead mentioned about name correction always possible.. 4. Wasted 1hr.. 5. Not a customer friendly behavior..

It is an all women staffed Akshaya centre.A little disorganised and slow but still trying to give good service.Located at the second floor of the building.
Very very bad service. Staffs are behaving very rudely. They acts like ministers secretary... Especially the one sitting for Aadhaar service. Really pathetic... Damn.... First time am getting such kind of dirty experience from Akshaya center.
