I have been here to inquire about broadband connection. I also inquired about a prepaid connection. The staff was very customer friendly. The available space in the customer care centre was very less. Could have been better if they improved the basic facilities and amenities available in the customer care centre. Private Agencies like Airtel & Idea do a very good work in their customer care.
