Highly misleading. They claimed that a headphone had a 3 month replacement period if damaged. The headphone broke with a week. They denied replacement. Also this was not printed on a bill and payment was through Google pay. Be careful not to get scammed by these people. I highly recommend you to go for other mobile shops rather than this. I also bought a phone from here and the sim ejector tool was missing. It was an unopened box and I have bo idea how it went missing. Please opt for other stores as this doesn't feel genuine.
