I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by how well we were treated at this dealership!! We purchased a 2006 Nissan Titan for our son. There were a few minor things that we wanted fixed before taking possession of the vehicle. Without hesitation, they told us they would take care of what we asked. That in itself is Awesome! Even though there was a part on backorder, he let us take the truck and said that he would put the part in when it arrived. Again, he followed through and fixed the problem! We know our son has a safe vehicle and it was a pretty great experience!! Thanks Rody!!!
I bought a 2011 Jeep liberty here, the service was top notch, no pushy salesmen, they were easy to talk to. I had a few minor things that needed repair after the purchase and they honored the warranty and took care of them asap with no hassles. I would highly recommend buying a car from them! This will be first stop on my next vehicle purchase for anyone in my family!
My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed a car. We did our research and went to Best Buy Automotive. Rhody and Anthony were very kind, low pressure, and extremely helpful in buying a new car. They helped with paperwork. Got the car inspected in RI for us. There were some minor electrical issues a few days after the warranty was over, but they were really helpful and fixed them free of cost. Didn’t even have to pay a deductible. Very happy with them.
I did buy a car from here, it's been a month. I'm hopeful the car will do well for me. I don't believe they did anything extra except have a decent car on the lot. They wouldn't take care of registering the car and even hesitated to put the plates on the car, handing the bolts to me while it was pouring down rain, I insisted they do it. Pretty sure they didn't even detail the car, the last owner just did a proper job of taking care of it. I heard a noise in the back end they said they'd check the car over, certain they didn't. I have had the struts replaced and getting ready to fix an exhaust leak, fortunate to have a mechanic in the family. It's the extras or even just the basics that will keep a customer coming back and referring a business.
I do not typically write reviews, however I feel a need to after my experience here. I have been to many used car dealerships and Best Buy Automotive is by far the best! Buying a car is a big decision and the honesty and comfort I experienced here made that decision so much easier to make! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and extreme attention to detail. Buying my first minivan ended up being a fun experience at this dealership. With twins on the way I wasn't sure what we needed, but this 2016 grand caravan fit the bill. Anthony was laid back and no pressure from start to finish, with a good sense of humor (which my old Honda Odyssey trade in required). I would recommend Best Buy Auto to anyone in the area looking for a wide selection and of course lowest prices.
