I have been taking my car to Courtesy Mitsubishi for service since I purchased it 2 years ago. So far it's been a good experience from the sales guy through the service Department. Recently, I left my car for a schedule oil change and they called up to tell me that the inspection sticker was due. I knew that you don't need it in the brand new cars until the first 24.000 miles or when the car is 2 years old, whatever comes first. I appreciated that they informed I needed it even though my car has only 15.000 miles because it's 2018 model. I really recommend doing business with them. Renzo Mejia

Went there on one Sunday that they were open after Christmas. Didn’t think I would be driving away in the car I was looking at just 2 days later! Kyle did whatever it took to make sure I was in that car. Much appreciated and thank you for your patience! Whenever I need him he answers and responds right back. I always have a great experience at this facility! Paul, Elizabeth, Steven and all the staff have always been helpful, respectful and kind!! I actually love the time I spend there because I get to have wonderful conversation after tracking an hour one way to get there. I will not take my car anywhere else! Bought a used car from here and included the lifetime oil changes, no complaints a couple years later. Car still runs great. Tony in sales and Paul in service are both great at what they do.
