I love honeydew but they never have half the things on the menu when they open. What’s the point of offering items that are never available at or shortly after opening? A girl told me once they aren’t allowed to come in 15 mins earlier to set up and prepare for the day. Is 15 mins really hurting the owners pockets? I been going to dunkin more often lately. They seem to have all their menu items available at any time of the day.

Issue hearing aids to your employees, they are deaf! Every time I come here, my order is repeatedly repeated back to me completely wrong and when they finally hear my order correctly, I get home to find out it is STILL wrong. Come on! Your job is one of the easiest jobs!! Pure laziness in these “women”!

I order a bacon egg and ham wrap the wrap was good the only problem was the bacon was under cooked it wasn't fully cooked at all

I was on the way home from from walking my dog and was going to give her an ice cube from my drink as she was hot. The girl at the window saw her panting and kindly offered a cup of water for her which I gladly accepted. I was 2 minutes from home bit small kindnesses make a big difference.

Usually a good place, but two times in the past 2 months it has been a disappointment. When I get my kids a smoothie, there is always something wrong. The first time, there was a dead fruit fly on the inside cover of the cup. The second time, a black substance on my lemonade smoothie.
