I was randomly looking for \doggie cake mix\ with my 5yr old for our pup's birthday, when we popped into Petco. They did not carry it. However, the young man working suggested some yummy sounding frozen yogurt so we purchased two different flavors & two big bags of some amazing looking homemade treats they have up front on this \treat bar\ cart thing... anyways, everything came out perfect and I give Petco two thumbs up. Thanks for making my dog's birthday so fabulous.

Very good customer service. Love it when someone asks for help instead of acting like they know and giving bad information. These are living animals. Happy to see they put the animals first instead of their pride. Great workers.
They’re super pushy and annoying now. Like, let me buy what I want. Thanks for the help but if I don’t ask for it stop coming up to me and tell me and my friend what WE NEED to buy. It’s really quite annoying. I’ll be going to the providence store from now on.
