Why am I writing a review??..It's SIMPLE!!!...My journey began almost 3 yrs ago when I first went to PreOwned Factory in Ma.This was the first time we were looking into a used vehicle and I did as much research on all kinds of places and different models as I could which in turn lead me there But, When we met the staff I just knew we were in good hands.Mike Gunn was THE BEST!..Not only was he our car salesman BUT he also turned into a friend!He cared about the safety and the comfortably and made sure our family picked out the right SUV just for us!He worked on hands with the financing team to make sure we got the best loan and when we was ready to upgrade..Guess what?!...3 yrs later He did it again!We are so happy with our 2nd purchase from Preowned Factory. There is nothing like knowing that your best interests are at hand.The hole team is just amazing and friendly which helps through a big decision like car buying. That Is why we went back to Mike because of the trust and relationship you build while shopping for a car there. PreOwned Factory has Great selection,Fair prices and friendly faces...YOU CANT BEAT THAT!..Thanks Again MIKE!

My son just purchased a jeep and the staff made it a hassle free event. No overbearing salesman and pretty straightforward. Michael was very helpful in presenting what we were interested in, answering any questions, and explaining the purchasing process. Nikki in the finance dept was very professional and knowledgeable. Our questions and concerns were handled promptly and in a professional way.
I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to have gone through this auto sales. Matt along with several other team members made this process easy and fast! As a first time car buyer I wasn't aware of all it entails, however, because of everyone I can now say I'm the proud owner of a 2012 Jeep Compass! The quality of the car and all that it has was completely in my price range and completed all the features I was looking for! I definitely recommend this auto sales to everyone!!

My experience involved two representatives. Daniel C greeted us outside. It was a familiar welcome of a vibe. Through out the two day convenient process, there was no doubt in my mind or a bad gut feeling. The service he provided allowed me to feel confident and secure. I trusted him (he didn't know that though) The second representative is Nikki. Articulate,responsive,honest and a professional delight!
My cousin recommended this place and they all are so nice. Mary, Nikki, and Mike R. Is great they all know I have kids and was great with helping me pick a car. I usually sketchy about buying a used car but so far good luck.
I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but they went above and beyond and cleaned my entire car. I was very happy with the customer service i recieved. Andy always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with the work!! Everyone there is very nice, and the prices are good! They also did a great job explaining to me why my check engine light was on.
My experience was overwhelmingly satisfactory. They (Dan) took us immediately and went straight to business. It was a quick and easy experience and I was satisfied with my service. Five stars
