The store itself is nice, clean, and the staff is very nice. Having said that, I was returning a 20 bracelet that broke after 3 days of wear. After being told it could be fixed by re-hooking the links (I knew that), I said "yes, but how many times will I have to do that?" I got a sermon on how NOT to wear jewelry, and the things jewelry was not supposed to experience, I.e. the shower, the beach, etc. While i appreciated the insight, I am 63 years old, and I'm pretty sure I have figured out how to wear my jewelry. In the end, I got my store credit, spent it and then some!

Great visit, always find good stuff and weekly new stuff. Grabbed a few essentials for the house, a bath robe for my son, some Christmas jammies for me and a nice cast iron skillet. Can't wait to come back next week to see what else is new.
