We bought a Dean Forge log burner from Natural Heating and the service was amazing. They were so helpful and delivered the fire on time. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I approached Natural Heating Norfolk to ascertain if the had a very large wood-burner which could be used with back to back fireplaces sharing a common flue. This is in a 16th Century Moulin located in Northern France. We were treated with great courtesy by Sarah-Jane at Natural Heating, who went out of her way to help us. She had, fortunately, purchased the last of the Hunter Herald "Monsters". Difficulties with Covid 19 quarantine restrictions prevented me collecting in person and Sarah-Jane sold us one at a very good price and helped us arrange pick-up and shipment via P4D, who were also very efficient. This might be a good place to note the help that Molly provided at P4D. The Hunter Herald 8 Woodburner arrived with meticulous packaging and in perfect condition. I recommend Natural Heating Norfolk and P4D without any reservations at all.

We purchased our Ambition 5 from Natural Heating in Attleborough. Sarah Jane showed us a wide variety of stoves from lower budget up to higher budget. Sarah Jane has a wide knowledge and experience regarding all of her stock and spent time explaining each stove. We decided on the Ambition 5 with the log store, which I can honestly say was a great decision for our home. Sarah Jane also has knowledge regarding using wood burners for cooking purposes, which is something my husband and I have been participating in for some time now. The results are fabulous! Martin and Rob installed our fire safely and explained to us exactly what they were doing and why. We are really pleased with the overall service and will be back in the future to replace the fire in our snug. Thanks Sarah jane, Martin and Rob for a great service. Anna and Pete.
