I normally put my trash out at 8am and the driver has consistently arrived around 11am. This has been the case for at least a year. Today they didn't pick up my trash. I found out after calling. The person I spoke with was zero help and offered no solution except for the insincere, patronizing \I'm sorry\ bs. Couldn't reschedule pickup, and couldn't provide refund for service not rendered. Totally worthless. Do your job and be consistent. Simple.
