I've had pretty bad experience with 2degrees customer support so I wasn't excited to go in to redeem a topup. However, when I went in to the Westfield Manukau branch I was surprised at how quick I was served as soon as I got in - I did my topup within 2 minutes and I was out straight after that. One of the better 2 degrees stores I've been in - highly recommend.

As you can see other 1 star ratings these are very true and you should believe them. I placed phone order 3 months ago and yet they haven't manage to fulfill and on top of that no courtesy to even give me an update of what is happening with the order until I called them numerous of times and the manager is the same. Absolutely terrible service and they not even wanted compensating for their fault. At the end they reefer you to other place what a joke for their customer services. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to deal with this store.

Honestly the Indian girl there is so rude she couldn’t even be bothered with me from the get go I walked in Friday afternoon no one instore I wanted a new phone. Apparently I don’t have authority over mine & my husbands account fair: but she didn’t even bother to call 2degrees to follow up on it refused to serve me without my husband present. Anyway went jbhi5 walked out with the phone I wanted on the same day

Terrible service. Came in for a contract switch and was told their systems are down and they can't help. They were unwilling to contact us back or log a request with their service centre.

Really worst customer service experience. My husband and I went to the 2degrees store in Manukau mall as my phone wasn't registering on a 2degrees network. Staff member named Pritpal was extremely rude and incompetent in her behavior. She did not understand the issue at all & wasnt listening to anything we explained but kept on fiddling with the phone and the sim card. We asked her to return the sim card and the phone to which she started being rude and aggressive. She had no customer service skills & had language understanding issues. She needs training on how to pay attention to what customer is saying, should be given warning for horrible attitude.

I’m sorry to hear all the negative comments & experiences others have had at this store & hope management will work hard to change it. 3-4 months ago I was a Spark customer. Decided to switch to 2 degrees because I was at Westfield Manukau, needed a replacement phone, there was no Spark store there, I was in a hurry & said I would only go into 2 degrees to have a look. The rep who served me worked soo quickly to get my business that I was out of there within the hour with a new phone & the best monthly plan that was perfect for me. The rep was knowledgeable & super helpful (can’t remember her name).
