Sadly after 6weeks of trying to getting any communication i got none. Qfter communicqtion was established after custoner pulled pin we got a refund of deposit quickly. Its tough when staff who fill specific roles leave i can understand/been a tough year. Happy new year guys!

Timely responsiveness, honesty and good workmanship are increasingly hard-to-find tradesman attributes. ACE was located through contact with the Roofing Assn. The attendances were for a fix-up of an experienced but not inexpensive previous provider who advised they could do roofing 'spouting', unfortunately the spouting & the revisits continued to be problematic. Various ACE personnel attended the fix-ups, communications were also had with the owner support staff. I have no hesitation in recommending ACE who were totally reasonable at all levels.
