Appalling. Although Cynthia was helpful and accessible to begin with, the experience plummeted upon return of the test drive vehicle. What ensued was a bulldog sales approach and an extremely patronising " today only sale" pitch. When asked if she could email me the specifications of the car, I was then looked at incredulously (as if I had just asked her to change a foreign currency or something ) and then basically was given an ultimatum to buy the car then and there. I decided against working with their team, which I respectively declined but made very clear when I walked out the door. The next day I received a phone call (not an email as requested) and again the bulldog tactics started. I then firmly, but fairly explained to her that I was not happy with her approach and that it wouldn't work on me and that she had failed to send an email as I had asked her to do. I was then hung up on, because as it would appear, this is a person who does not like being told how to behave. I have since placed a deposit on a higher spec vehicle with Southern Motors.

Very nice premises, and great service. The sales manager was not pushy at all when we came asking a specific Peugeot model, and he did a great job at explaining all the pros and cons of every model. Left us with all the information that we needed to make a decision hopefully in the not so distant future.

The Asian salesperson here seems to have a strange attitude problem!! I just wanted to check out the new Peugeot 3008 because I never seen it before and the Salesman automatically thought I was going to buy one without letting me check it out first. None of the other sales persons seem to be friendly at all

Worst service from team ever experienced. Kept waiting with no communication, 1 hour simple key replacement took over 3.5 hours due to ineptitude of staff. No apologies, no comms until I complained. Go any where before here...
