Found orange rust inside at the top of my can of pacific crown coconut cream, i called the 0800 number on two different days and left my phone number. I ended up buying a different brand so as to avoid rusty cans. It may have been a one off but i guess we will never know because no one called me back or investigated the matter so i won't buy that brand again.
