Very friendly and efficient service. Called and had an appointment the next day for carpet cleaning. Everything was explained and priced before they stared, and the work was quick and effective. I wish I had gotten the man's name who cleaned our carpet and couch, he was great, and very nice to my over-excited dog!

Just had carpet cleaning service today and the tech was super friendly, personable, and professional. 3 rooms and stairs took about an hour and a half. Price was great and it saved me so much time and annoyance from doing it myself. I'll definitely be using Steam n Dry Auckland Carpet Cleaners's again!

Very happy with our service. We had a small sofa and white chairs cleaned and stain proofed (and they're white again!). No residual odor, thankfully. They were professional and very accommodating given I changed the appointment at least 3 times due to our crazy schedule. Would most certainly use them again.
