They put too much pressure on the kids to perform. It can be a very stressful environment . The main teacher, the old lady maree is not the best person. She has become very bitter and has been doing this for too long. The way some of the kids are spoken to is not very nice and it is a very old stuffy place to be in, very humid and damp.
Be very careful with this place, choose carefully! The owner/head teacher is just horrible to the kids and the parents. Her behavior towards the kids is unacceptable. There is no true genuine care for the poor kids, All eyes on the prize!
Great ballet school with fantastic teachers and a professional and kind owner.
We've had the worst experience with Maree. She is just awful to some of the kids and parents and is very cruel and unfair to the kids. We are still awaiting for our full refund which was promised. We are proceeding with our legal rights.
