have ordered cheap glasses from them before with great success but most recent order never got processed. luckily I wasn't charged. maybe it's just another victim of covid. but they should update their website and stop taking orders if they can't fill them

Couldn’t recommend Clearly enough!! I always thought you had to pay heaps of for glasses but you don’t!! The glasses range from really cheap to designer prices which I love and it’s really easy to re-order new ones from your profile as all your measurements are saved! I love the virtual try on feature too! I ordered a pair of glasses and when they arrived I wasn’t super happy with how they looked on me so I called the lovely customer service team and they said I could keep the glasses and they would give me a refund!! Very happy customer

Terrible customer service, I bought some contact lenses that where faulty so I got in touch with the company who have given me no help. Very frustrating as I am constantly talking to different customer service agent who really dont care about the faulty product. Id suggest using another company that has more genuine customer care.

Terrible experience. I purchased from them then they say they are out of stock and I need to wait for at least 2 months. This wasn't even mentioned on the website. If that was the case I would not have purchased from them in the first place. BE HONEST with your clients!

Useless. Ordered contacts and waited months after being advised several delivery/ Production dates. Email support cannot understand English and just give you stock replies. Still no refund over a Month after the order was cancelled. Product and pricing is good but problem solving and customer service is useless.

literally had to write a review so people are warned. The customer service is a joke! Ordered contacts and then was supposed to get them delivered in a week. Nothing, still online it says in process. I emailed them five times and there’s no response . It’s been two weeks now I haven’t received my contacts nor has anyone contacted me. Nor does their bloody phone line work!
