Alaina, you are very rude. Laughing at me and hanging up. Customer service is really bad. She was really nice when we purchased the chairs. She told us they would be arriving in 3-6 weeks. We have been waiting for over 2 months now. Our current chairs are falling apart and she laughs every time I call for a shipping update. Stop making people feel pathetic.

I love my furniture, quality is great, however I've been waiting over a month for my last order which was meant be 2-3 weeks. I sent emails but had no response, I called and was told I'd be emailed that day, but heard nothing. Communication was not great and I'm still waiting for my order.
