Got CKH to install a heat pump in my home last year. Was super impressed with their service and professionalism. I recommended them to several people who also used them. Just getting them back now to install a heat pump in my rental property. As usual, high standards, super professional, great value. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really disappointed by the lack of communication. Wanted to get a couple of heat pumps installed - they sent someone on site and the person who came in for the quote said that they will get back to me in a few days. It's been over a week now , I sent follow up emails but still no reply. There are plenty of other suppliers but had gone to them on a friend's recommendation. Guess they have changed owners or something.
Don't bother calling them if you have an apartment.
We had the team from Comfy Kiwi install a central heating unit in our house and they were great to deal with. Sean offered some great advice around selecting the right system to do the job and I was very happy with the result. Cheers!

We just got a ZR heat pump in our lounge and highly recommend it. Shelley is great to deal with (sales/admin) and the install guy was friendly, fast & cleaned up after himself. The final product looks very neat and tidy, and works great! Will recommend to friends and family.
