Karishma is very approachable and professional. My mum has been in pain for sometime and she felt improvements after first treatment with Karishma. I wish I've taken my mum earlier here. The staff were very welcoming and understanding to all my needs on the first day of booking. I have had one very busy year all round with my Water sports. Competing at high levels brings on physical fatigue and some injuries. After the World Masters games 2017 I continued to let the wonderful practitioners recover my injuries. I highly recommend Hubert, Tina and Segal for their dedicated therapy on me. They are always welcome .

My review is not so much for the chiro treatment but rather the customer service from the office person. After my treatment on a Wednesday I was told that invoicing would be done the following Monday and receipt emailed through. When I didn't receive it by the following Thursday, I contacted the office and was told it would be emailed through shortly. I never received it, so followed up again on Monday and was curtly told the invoicing was still being completed - I questioned this as my treatment was almost 2 weeks prior... The office person was non-apologetic and didn't even apologize for the delay in the email, when I finally received it. Very poor customer service in my opinion and puts me off visiting this practice again despite the treatment I received from Karishma being great.

Honestly Emily and Tina are incredible. So Beautiful and positive and warm and healing. I came here for my last injury two years ago. Once injured again I knew exactly where to go and even had Emily's number saved from last time! So impressed with these lovely ladies and Hubert was wonderful last time also. I love the new premises in Three Kings xxxx

Relief was almost instant and 2-3 sessions later was much better and "back to normal". Dr. Claire Haymon was excellent and I felt very safe and comfortable being treated by her and the results I experienced speak for the quality of her work. Highly Recommended.
