Easily the fastest service our business has used. Business cards turned up overnight and were exactly what was needed. Bravo.
I wish I could give zero stars. After having business cards delivered with some of the artwork cut off and uncentered, I asked them very nicely if we could work together to find a solution (thinking maybe they could offer another set at cost price or similar.) Which I was continually told no, and blamed for supplying incorrect artwork. I supplied 90mm x 55mm artwork with a 4mm bleed around the entire thing. Even if the artwork wasn't correct as they continued to claim, it does not explain the fact the logo on the front was skewed to the right and almost cut off. In their terms and conditions they claim their print process is automatic so they can't take any responsibility for print issues, but in emails they sent screenshots of how they adjusted the printing of it - proving they handle all artwork manually. If you want any quality printing done I highly recommend Super Print in Takapuna as a great alternative! Very friendly and fast service, and they actually delivery usable products.
