Great customer service. Very easy to work with and they were very courteous. Treated me with utmost respect. Had my rental car ready anytime I needed it during the duration of my vacation in Auckland. They made it fun and easy for me. And the rental rates were just as good. Thank you Tayla and crew. Very helpful & very handy to my garage. Tidy little car to suit my purpose
they worked with me but small red car made a bit of sound in front going up hills or when wind blew. 2nd time went shortly after the 1st time, the prices had gone up over 20% so I did not rent from them again. Cars were available but higher priced. They do not seem to be interested in keeping regular customers for short rentals which is a pity. Daughter running the show is a bit money driven in business and lacking in customer care. She never honoured the price that they had given me 2 weeks prior which I thought was rude. Howick businesses can be very hard-up and that is no joke.
