Dara was very friendly during our visit to the property. She is very responsive in all our queries. Besides, I also have great support from Daisy. She has guided me through the procedures and being very helpful. Thank you so much Daisy for her professional support, helping a first timer like me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER DEAL WITH DIANA. WORSE PROPERTY AGENT EVER. the property was a health & safety hazard, concerns were not taken serious nor immediate actions were taken. roof was leaking and was not to be sorted till my last week at the property (I've been there from 1/7 to 12/12). upon asking her to fix the issues, i was told i'm very pushy and was asked to vacate the place. house had rodents eating up all my food & i was told to just put my food in fridge or proper containers (never really understanding the issue and sorting it out). I got the house properly cleaned before leaving but was still told it wasn't clean enough and no chance was given to me to hear a cleaner myself, not even a single chance & was told they'll hire professional ones & deduct it from my bond refund.even though the routine inspection was done only a few weeks back and no concerns were raised in terms of cleanliness etc. House was not insulated till 2 months back. had honey bees building their beehive inside the brick walls and so much more. overall it was the WORST experience ever! Idk about other property agents but definitely Diana was not professional nor bothered about my health & safety. very pathetic service indeed. I'm surprise these things (that are not abiding by health & safety laws) actually happen in NZ
