I would not recommend Dr Flue, poor communication, poor time keeping, incapable of providing an invoice for the work done . I had a fire refurbished and wasn't even given any record of what was replaced and how much the materials were. When I asked for a breakdown I was told that they have never done that in the past. Zero confidence in their work.

The most unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with, forgot about the appointment booked initially, then didn't do the job properly, when asked to come out and sign off the job properly they asked for more money, even after stating they didn't know what they were doing (the council thought this was very bad as it is written in the building code) and they won't take any responsibility for their lack of knowledge! Would never ever recommend anybody to this company. The manager Alan is very condescending and talks down to his paying clients. August 2015
