I've called on 13/12/2019 at 3.15pm, phone busy was on hold till 3.30pm as there was no receptionist available then phone got disconnected. Not a happy customer.

Very please with the treatment I received from Todd with a rare blood disorder that the public system failed to diagnose. Todd went above and beyond in my estimation to check on blood results and phone after hours to keep me informed.
