My happy space, with talented teachers/instructors each with a unique perspective - Nikki, Kirsty, Amelia and Sheryn are so inspiring. This yoga studio is inviting, warm, modern and filled with friendly people who have growth mindsets. There is a great range of yoga styles and classes to practice - Flow, Hot, Align and my favourite - Yin. Personally, I think I have made great progress since starting in 2014 and I am really appreciate meditation and mindfulness that are inherent in every class. Recommend trying the 30 introductory offer, 120 one month pass and then if you are hooked - 1300 annual membership which is easily the best value. Plenty of roadside parking outside and nearby. In my humble opinion, the best thing anyone can do to improve their health and well-being. Thanks very much.
Fantastic place to practice yoga. Over the past 3 years I have been able to deepen my understanding of yoga and have found more stillness within myself
I took three classes with Kristy at the introduction rate: yin 90, alignment, and a myofascial release yin. I'm only passing through, but Kristy took the effort to make me feel welcome. That isn't always the case with other studios when they know you may not be a repeat client. She's a great instructor, and I'll be sure to recommend to my Bali yoga friends and stop by when I'm in Auckland again.
Just visited, but really enjoyed my Yin class with Alex, the studio is welcoming with a kind and sincere vibe
Sunday classes are over booked, not very relaxing having a foot in your face the whole class. Other than that the instructors have been great!
I've been going to East West for 3.5 years now and love it. Great teachers and studios. I tell all my friends to go!
