Amazing customer service and staff. I went in looking for one specific part and they didn't try to sell me anything extra or pester me about anything, just sold me the part and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I had been shopping for PC Towers earlier in the day and could not find anything under 100. I only needed an old case, nothing fancy or new. They gave me one of their spare PC Towers completely free as they preferred that over it going to the rubbish. I suggested to pay and they said not at all, we aren't going to take money when this was earmarked for the tip anyway. Super friendly and would definitely go back for everything computer related I need.

My dad took me here to get my iPad mini screen fixed here after a bad accidental crack when I was 12. The repair left so much dust under the new screen that was so visible when the screen was off under the black "background". There was also uneven pressure (ghost touching) under the screen that became a problem a couple months later (after the warranty expired). Apps would open up when you did not touch the screen like a ghost pressed on the screen and if the keyboard was open it was type keys that I didn't press on, creating a massive spazz that wouldn't stop. Straight after the repair, I tried to get warranty on the magnet under the screen not working anymore (I had an case that would automatically turn the device on when the case opened through a magnetic sensor). They told me as a 12 year old that it was because the magnet was not pressing down with force on the "home button" anymore (like you would press with your thumb to turn your device on) because it was a different screen glass and the heights of the screen were now different. Never got my warranty and I left pretty frustrated because that is obviously not how a magnet works.
Called past ‘en spec’ on 9 January with a damaged WD external hard drive which had suffered a fall and had stopped working. These guys did an immediate and foc diagnostic check and ascertained that the disc itself was damaged and the data would require recovery by a professional company - whose name and address they provided. I could not have asked more of them!
Absolutely fantastic service. Replaced my iPhone 6 battery in under an hour while I went shopping. Phone back to as good as new. Good price and with warranty. Thanks.
