Worst experience!! We booked in October mentioning specific dresses we were after. Three people drove up from Taupo and one flew from Napier, all taking time off work and out of their lives to be part of this special day for our bride. We get there, after paying 3 x 25 parking only to be told NONE of the dresses were available anymore!!!! The ladies we dealt with couldn't care less that they've wasted our time and a lot of money and they could have avoided all of this with one simple email.

We had an incredible experience at Felicity's Bridal. I was really nervous beforehand coming to the store as it was the first bridal store I was visiting, and I wasn't sure how the appointment would go or what to expect. Our consultant was lovely and extremely helpful. She made us feel really welcomed and comfortable. The dresses were nothing short of amazing, and look so much better in real life than they do on the website. I look forward to booking my next consult here.
