These folks are excellent! After I tested the veracity of the "splash proof" rating on my long-suffering phone, I was - strangely - in need of a replacement. GoodTech made that whole re-upping experience infinitely less painful than it really deserved to be - they were fast and friendly, with great stock - and so I'm once again ready to perform ill-advised tests on undeserving hardware. 10/10 would buy again. The Grade 1 phone I purchased was exactly as described (like new), and It arrived quickly. And the most important thing for me, I purchased a second-hand phone and saved it from the landfill. Very happy and will definitely buy my next phone from Good Tech.
Locally owned and operated business, offering good value products. Refurbished cell phone came in a small cardboard box as expected. Only complaint/ comment would be the sealed plastic bags the items were packaged in. Would be great to see some progression here and single use plastic replaced with a more sustainable material (tissue, more cardboard etc). Otherwise great experience and service!

These guys are excellent. Retail stores want you to buy a new phone in a box, cannot answer questions about its capability, and can be very difficult if you want to to return it. GoodTech are technically skilled, know their products and will demonstrate them including downloading your desired apps to ensure they work on your chosen phone. Recommended!

Item I bought was refurbished and rated as "1 Like New" when it arrived I was very pleased, it's absolutely like new, 100% rating on the battery, not a single mark or scratch anywhere on the phone. Accessories are not Apple branded but generic versions. Not an issue, it's nice to get a charger & headphones provided. Very satisfied and will be recommending these refurbished phones as a great cost saving option to my friends and family.
