Picked up the bag from Mitre 10, filled it and then rang to arrange collection. The lady I spoke to to book was friendly and helpful and the man who did the physical was cheerful, friendly and incredibly efficient. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Picked up a bag from Mitre10, called Green Gorilla on Thursday to arrange collection and the lady I spoke with said it will be collected yesterday (Friday) waited all day yesterday, called them again and spoke with the same lady who acted surprised at HER mistake and said she will rebook for collection today, you guesed it.... Still waiting. Got in contact with Elliot who then said the collection is booked for tomorrow, after explaining to Elliot what happened he said he had been in contact with dispatcher and a driver will be over this afternoon to collect our bag. Safe to say that no-one will be coming today and I was told a lie so that I could stop contacting them. Shocking service, will stick with flexi bins!
Very happy with Gorilla bins service. Easy to book, great customer service, great value, great delivery driver..put bin where I needed it no problems..fast easy collection and pleasant driver. Will use again.
First time using G.G. Person on the phone was friendly and helpful. Delivered bag within the expected time-frame. The bag had clear instructions of what can/cannot be included. After few days, I called to schedule a pick-up but was not given a pick-up time so was pleasantly surprised to hear the G.G truck very early in the morning (7am) on that day; which was an hour before I had planned to move my car out of the driveway. Fortunately, I was impressed they were able to pick up the bag without me needing to move my car. Pick up people were polite and easygoing. They were careful too. Overall I would be happy to use this service again. Thanks G.G.
Constantly breaches resource consent conditions by emptying their bin at 5.30 am on Sunday mornings on an adjacent site. Hopeless to get in contact with or get any action to stop the pick ups. So much for caring about tge environment.
Have had a very difficult time with these guys, 500 dollars for the bin, and they sent a driver out to pick up whilst still empty. The drivers remarks were 'not my problem talk to the office.' Contacted the office and was greeted by a very unpolite woman on a power trip. Called back and spoke to someone much more polite who had informed us that we could have kept the bin for an extra 10 dollars per day, and then told us that the bin was going to be returned. Woman no.1 must have found out about this and now we again have no bin. Absolute Rubbish.
