Not even worth a one star. Pathetic customer service. I bought a voucher from Grabone and tried calling them multiple times to book an appointment. However, they never pick any of your calls nor return them. Also left few voicemails but none of them were returned. Luckily after all the calls I made, they were able to answer one of them and got me booked for a session. The experience wasn't to what I expected. Felt to rushed with all the adjustments done and never really got consulted well. Got booked after 1 month again for my follow up session. However, wasn't able to make it and tried to reschedule it but again they never pick any of your calls. I thought of contacting them through their 'contact us' page to reschedule it and that's when I got a call. However, the receptionist was a very rude person and told me he can't reschedule it for me since I contacted them late. I explained to him I have been trying to call them since a week but no one has been answering my calls and all he said is 'its not our problem' we still can't reschedule it for you and all the remaining sessions will be cancelled for you as well. So basically just waste of my money and time. Awful service!

Horrible service the owner is beyond rude and argumentive would not recommend! How can someone that deals with people everyday be so rude goodluck with your business and that nasty attitude.
Amazing. Great environment. Dr Pir does miracle work. My back feels healed, I no longer have headaches and I feel all the tension in my body is gone. Highly recommend.
AWFUL SERVICE!! When calling up to book my appointment the man over the phone who I found out is the owner was so difficult to deal with and rude well made my appt anyways as I had purchased a voucher. Went to the clinic and met with the owner and he is just as rude in person I asked him multiple times when filling out my forms if I still needed to fill out the accident form as I had not been in a accident anyways he insisted I fill it well I gave it back to him and he said to me in a very rude matter “why would you fill out the form if you haven’t been in a accident” and went on to say he told me not to bla bla honestly so hard to understand him with his broken English anyways that escalated and it turned to him saying “well if I don’t like the service you can leave” bare in mind I drove over 40mins to get there.
Atrocious service, argumentative and rude, would prefer to give a zero to match their people skills
