Worst company ive ever dealt with. Absolute scoundrels that will take your money and give you a vehicle with issues they know about, then tell you to go to an insurance company to get them fixed. EDIT: I have not been using fake accounts to review your business. The matter is settled however leaving an honest review that will prevent other people going through what I did with you is a public service and does not do anything for me. Customers who have been treated badly deserve the right to leave an honest review.

Just don't is the answer here. Do not buy from this company. Sold me a car that developed issues, 14,750 for the car, 3 months later issue after issue. So I went back to them and asked for help to no avail, they attempted to brush me off to an insurance company, which violates the consumer garuntees act, then refused to remedy my situation. Just to be clear the car had 10,000 in repairs required after I had it assessed. I then proceeded to take them to claims court, in which we would have gotten money back to fix the car, they claimed they were going out of business which forced us into taking a deal they set up to give us the bare minimum possible and now have to return the vehicle to them, I imagine to be sold again. I repeat do not trust Hey Motors. Edit: it's apparent from Hey Motors response that they lack the means to identify customers that they have screwed over, its ok they have been reported to new zealand business directory for breaking many sales laws and practices.

Brad forgot to explain the T&C but he asked sorry and we were happy to accept it, though we did not get the things that should be included. The camera kit is worth 500 which they did not give and they gave us only NZ485 discount. Brad said that we can come back if the car has an issue. We left in good terms with him.

Purchased our van about 4 weeks ago.Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Always happy to help out.transaction was quick and easy...hassle free.
