Hot yoga has been a blessing and the instructors are amazing.. I came to hot yoga to challenge myself, mind and body and they allow me to do so.. There is no pressure on you.. And I love that.. Usually I'm very competitive but here at Hot Yoga I can let my guard down and just work at a pace that suits me.. I love that..

This journey in Hot Yoga Works has been mindblowingly amazing. I love every single teacher there, they compliment each other, so the whole experience is complete. I have learned that whit the help of the teachers and your own stubbornness, it's possible to challenge yourself with 30 Days of yoga or even yoga 3 times a day. Everything seems possible there, the sky is the limit! Thank you for being there for me side by side with every single muscle ache and helping me adjusting the poses. Cannot wait to discover new muscles with you and sweat together in the next class!
