Really disappointed with this organization - the parts we ordered were not as out lined in our parts trader request - were substandard and not complete - so were returned (they did have an option to resupply) we paid upfront as we do not normally deal with JapEuro - but they would not refund all of our payment & kept 360.00 (restocking fee) At the time of ordering & paying for the parts & spoke to Daniel & asked - if the parts are not ok will we able to get a refund - his reply was "yes we will fully refund you money if we returned any parts" Steer clear of this lot - many false words !!
I found this place as a hub of all japanese and European car parts. Easily available and at good price.
Very friendly staff and quick service. They also provide quick car removal and cash for cars service in Auckland region.
