Poor service, long wait time. Chips made were stale and over cooked. Replaced chips with no issues much fresher and crisp. I blame management not staff for staffing numbers.

My flatmate loves KFC, so usually pickup takeaway for him maybe once a month from here. The service here is painfully slow when it's busy. The staff really aren't in a hurry to serve anyone friendly enough but sooooo sloooooooowwwww. Give it a miss if you must go somewhere else there are better KFC stores

25 APR 2017 13:54 served by 10046 addisale as printed on the receipt. Ordered 3 snack lunches for three grown adults on ANZAC Day. I understand KFC staff have the freedom to provide mixed chicken portions to any customer, however getting 3 ridiculously small drumsticks DID seem unreasonable and deliberate to me. I demand my money back. What an IRONY the staff are protesting for their living wages but at the same time are delivering petty meal portion size. Hope this is simply a one-off incident!!! This is deemed a rip-off to any customer. WILL NEVER EVER return, PERIOD.

Chips were dry and overcooked, the burger was dry and underrated, just a dry chicken fillet with a little bit of mayo and lettuce so dry and boring needs tomato or tomato sauce... or summin had the boss box
